Field Day Shooting Sports The Harvest District is pleased to be able to bring you a shooting sports field day again this year. It is Sept. 27th, being held at the Big Chiques and Milton Grove Sportsman Clubs. It is a one day event so no big plans have to be made. Register and show up. There is free camping in the area for Troops who may want to make a weekend out of it. Cost is $3.50 a person. Food is available for purchase at the Club. Fall 2008 Camporama at Camp Mack The Fall camporama is being held Oct. 17th,18th,and 19th, and is open to all Cub and Boy Scouts. During the day Saturday Cubs will have skill stations to go around to. The Boy Scouts have a night time oreinteering course to participate in that will use all of the camp. Meals are being provided for the weekend at a low registration cost of $10 a person. A guide book will be posted on the website closer to the event date. |
